Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding agreement between each user and Kulo4D concerning access to and use of the Kulo4D website, casino games, live dealer services, sportsbook, promotional offers, payment facilities, and associated account functions. References to “the platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our” mean Kulo4D. References to “player”, “you”, or “your” mean the registered individual using the platform.

5.2 Withdrawals

5.3 Errors and Reversals

A balance displayed because of an obvious technical, settlement, pricing, or payment error does not create an entitlement to those funds. Kulo4D may correct an erroneous credit or debit after reviewing relevant transaction records. Players must not knowingly exploit a payment malfunction.

Bonuses, Promotions, and VIP Benefits

A wager becomes valid when accepted and recorded by Kulo4D. Players should check the stake, selection, odds, market, and potential return before confirmation. Except where a cash-out or cancellation feature is expressly offered, accepted bets cannot ordinarily be changed or cancelled at the player's request.

7.1 Casino Play

Casino game results are determined by the applicable game rules, independently tested random number generation, or the outcome produced at a live dealer table. Published RTP figures describe long-term statistical performance and do not guarantee a result during any individual Kulo4D session.

7.2 Sports Markets

Sports wagers are settled using official event information and the market rules displayed by Kulo4D. Rules for abandoned, postponed, interrupted, shortened, or rescheduled events may vary by sport and market. For Mix Parlay bets, a void selection may be recalculated at neutral odds while remaining valid selections continue, subject to the applicable market rule.

Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

Players must use Kulo4D honestly and for personal entertainment. The following conduct is prohibited:

• Collusion, chip dumping, coordinated betting, or sharing hidden game information.

Kulo4D may investigate suspicious conduct, temporarily suspend affected transactions, request supporting evidence, and take proportionate action based on the findings. Action may include correcting an error, cancelling an affected wager, removing an improperly obtained bonus, restricting the account, or closing it. Valid undisputed funds will be handled according to applicable requirements.
